Project Activity Screen
Monitoring, recording and
managing the ORA
process is performed from the relevant Activity screen. The
Activity screen for a specific activity is accessed from the expanding
menu at the left side of the ORDITA screen.
The information entered on this
screen is used to drive the entire ORA
process
ORA Project Summary
Screen
Icons on the Activity screen allow a
user to control and record the status of each task, enabling the
following:

Setting a Deviation to remove an
Activity or Task from the current work scope;

Setting or removing the 'Too
Early' status to to add or remove an Activity or Task from the
imminent work scope;

Set an Activity or Task as
completed;

Record the current progress of a
Task (or Activity);

Record comments against a Task
(or Activity)

See Lessons Learned that have
been assigned to the Activity;

Record potential Lessons Learned;

The information provided on the
Activity screen is a detail level overview of the current status of
an Activity in respect of implementation of the ORA
process and progression towards 'Ready to Operate' status.
