Subject Delivery Map
The  OR&A™ Delivery Map illustrates all of the Activities that need to be addressed by the OR&A and Operations Teams during the Project to achieve 'Ready to Operate' status.

Each  OR&A™ Activity is represented by a numbered and colour coded box which identifies all of the Activities that need to be addressed in each phase of the Project.

In each Activity box, a number (the Activity Number) and a short descriptive Activity Title is displayed..

Activity Numbering
On the above Delivery Map, each Activity is numbered using the philosophy illustrated below. Each Activity must be performed in a specific phase, so the number begins with a phase identifier. To this is added the relevant Group and Subject numbers and finally a sequential number to indicate the order in which each Activity should be carried out.

At the task level, a suffix is added to the Activity number to create the Task Number, thus the full task number will take the form 'D10401.02'.
